Adagio Teas has unveiled a new Unified Shopping Cart feature that allows customers to shop seamlessly across all four of its specialty brands—Adagio Teas, Lardera Coffee, Selefina Spices, and Masters Teas. With this launch, Adagio becomes one of the first small-to-midsize businesses to offer cross-brand checkout functionality typically found only on enterprise-level platforms.
The update enables customers to browse and add products from each brand’s individual website into a single shopping cart. At checkout, shoppers can pay for all items in one transaction and receive a consolidated shipment in a single box. Orders over $49 ship free, regardless of how many brands are represented in the cart.
While unified shopping is common among large retailers like Gap and Williams-Sonoma, few independent businesses offer the same convenience. Adagio’s implementation creates a streamlined experience while preserving each brand’s unique identity. Navigation across all four brands is made easy with persistent branding and shared menus at the top of every page.
In addition to cross-brand browsing and checkout, the system supports cart syncing across devices. With around 60 percent of customers starting their purchase journey on mobile and finishing on desktop, logged-in users can now switch devices without losing their active cart, making it easier to shop when and where they prefer.
